The U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence and Fort Gordon is leading the way in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), as evident in an unveiling celebration held April 25.

The Fort Gordon Middle School and Teen Center is now home to a STEM Center of Innovation.

The center features amenities including 3-D printers, robotics, high-definition video production equipment, and other tools conducive for learning and exploring STEM-related fields. An educator fully dedicated to STEM will provide individual and group support to help youth develop their STEM skills.

Maj. Gen. John B. Morrison Jr., commanding general, U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence and Fort Gordon, described the occasion as a “momentous day” for Fort Gordon.
