Augusta University hosts local high school students for summer cyber camp

WHAT: The GenCyber camp program, sponsored by the National Security Agency and National Science Foundation, provides cybersecurity summer camp experiences for students and raises awareness for cybersecurity related professions. Augusta University’s Cyber Institute has hosted GenCyber camps for the past four years. Thirty-five local rising juniors and seniors in high school were selected through an application process to participate in this year’s program. Learn more about Augusta University’s GenCyber program.
OPPORTUNITIES: Video, photo and interview opportunities are available. Best opportunities for video and interviews will be 4:30 to 7 p.m.Tuesday, June 26, and the morning of Friday, June 29.
